Quality policy

ICANCLAVE EUROPE SOCIEDAD LIMITADA seeks differentiation in its sector, which is why it has decided to implement an integrated quality system. This system according to the quality standards ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2018, involves the following activities of the company: Import, distribution, sales, manufacturing, technical support, repair, validation of medical equipment and its spare parts.

Our policy aims to comply with the following points:

• Provide quality sanitary products and with constant improvement to satisfy consumer demand and be competitive within the sector to achieve the full satisfaction of our customers.
• To ensure compliance with all applicable regulations regarding medical devices and any other additional requirements to which our company voluntarily subscribes.
• To continuously improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System by means of clearly defined and controlled processes. To this end, the needs and requirements of the Quality Management System must be known at all times and staff must be provided with the necessary resources for the monitoring, measurement and analysis of the processes.
• Our objectives are based on increasing customer satisfaction and not having any claims or complaints from our customers. To meet 100% of your expectations of our services and products.
• To annually define the objects and goals necessary to guarantee the fulfilment of the commitments set out in this policy and those requested by our stakeholders.
• To provide the essential resources for the implementation and control of the Quality System, as well as for the improvement of the processes.
• Quality will always be subject to continuous improvement. Difficulties will be used to learn and every effort will be made to locate the causes that produced them, so that they do not recur.
• The management requests the collaboration and commitment of all the staff of the organisation, so that we make this Quality Policy our own, each one taking responsibility for the quality of their work and the fulfilment of what has been established.
