IcanClave model D Pro are steam sterilizers continue the thorough, stable and durable performance characteristics of IcanClave model D, but it has more powerful steam generator and has faster sterilization speed. Model D Pro has function of “Delay Start” and “Descale” which brings a richer application to the user experience of the sterilizer for medical and health practitioners.
Standard pre-programmed cycles: Quick 134℃, Wrapped 134℃, Wrapped 121℃, Prion 134℃, B&D Test, Helix Test, Vacuum Test.
Other cycles: Delay start (reserve the cycle). Descale (cleaning steam generator and tube).
Steam generator: Built-in steam generator with 2300W rated power.
Water Reservoir: One distilled water reservoir 2.5L and one wastewater reservoir.
Water Quality monitoring: Cycle is not available to start if the water quality worse than the value be set.
Colored LCD Display: Displaying for cycle process, time, temperature, pressure, process alert and error codes.
Touch Pad: Glass touch button with back light, fashionable in appearance.
User friendly interface: Easy to operate.
Warning system: Warning of not enough water in distiller water reservoir. Warning of wastewater tank be full. Warning of bad water quality. Warning of door unlock. Warning of printer out of paper.
Atmospheric pressure identification system: It can automatically identify the local atmospheric pressure.
Safety system: Over pressure safety valve. Over temperature switch. Safety lock system preventing improper door lock. Circuit breakers protecting the machine when it has short-circuited or over current. Automatic warning for maintenance.
Extra functions: Option to be connected directly with Water Demineralizer Listo-23.
- Printer (option): an internal printer is optional for all ICANCLAVE D autoclaves.
- USB port: it is used for connecting a USB disc, all sterilization data are automatically output in the USB disc and can be ready directly in any PC and stored electronically.
- Internal Memory: the last 10000+ cycles can be automatically stored in the autoclave system, which can be printed out at any time.
- Barcode label printer port (option): it is used for connecting an optional barcode printer prints barcode labels that contain the information related to the sterilization cycle.
